GPA / Grade Standard Agreement Form

Purpose

At Monarchs Inner City Youth, we believe that excellence in the classroom is just as important as performance on the field. This agreement ensures that all student-athletes maintain academic responsibility while participating in our athletic programs.

Academic Requirements

  • All student-athletes must maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA (C average) or higher.
  • Players must provide a copy of their most recent report card or transcript before each season.
  • If a student’s GPA falls below 2.0, they will be placed on academic probation and must attend tutoring or study sessions provided by the program.
  • Failure to improve grades during probation may result in temporary suspension from practices, games, or travel events.
  • Coaches and staff will work with parents and schools to support academic growth and accountability.
